Feb 9 Up Up and Away by Jennica

Next weekend we are leaving the cold white north behind and heading off into the sunset. Our flight to Hong Kong is set for next Saturday and we're looking forward to exchanging minus forty degrees for plus forty (C). Our current itinerary includes Hong Kong, Thailand, Cambodia, and Laos. Dad has offered to fill the hot tub in the basement, crank the thermostat, and learn to cook some extra spicy Asian food for us to get the virtual SE Asia experience and save our money, but we're remaining firm in our decision to experience the real thing.
