Surprise Visit
Elissa and Grant turned up here one day. They were in Florida on holiday and decided on whim to go home via San Diego. We had a couple days of adventures together including: a driving tour of LA and the subsequent death of our car,
the providential ability of Grant and Elissa to drive me to the dentist
and drive Matthew to a job interview,
and some fun on the beach.
(Matthew resuscitated the car a week later though the air conditioner remains a casualty).
